袋装输液种类、温度对胰岛素吸附作用的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨软聚氯乙烯塑料袋装溶液影响胰岛素吸附的相关因素。方法用放射免疫测定法监测 5 %葡萄糖胰岛素混合液及 0 .9%氯化钠胰岛素混合液在不同温度 ( 10、2 0、30℃ )、不同时间 ( 0、30、6 0、90及 12 0 min)的胰岛素吸附率。结果不同溶液在不同的温度、时间中对胰岛素吸附均呈不均一性变化 ,在 30 min时吸附量最大 ,以后逐渐减少 ;温度越高胰岛素吸附量越大 ;5 %葡萄糖胰岛素溶液中胰岛素吸附量比 0 .9%氯化钠胰岛素大。结论不同液体、温度、时间对 5 %葡萄糖及 0 . Objective To study the factors relative to the packed PVC influencing the insulin adsorption. Methods The insulin adsorption rate of 5 % glucose insulin mixed solution and normal saline insulin mixed solution at different temperature (10, 20, 30 ℃) and different time points (0, 30, 60, 90 and 120 min) was monitored by using radioimmunoassay. Results The insulin adsorption rate of different solution at different time points and different temperature showed uneven change. The adsorption was the greatest at 30 min and then gradually decreased. The higher the termperature was, the greater the insulin adsorption. The insulin adsorption in the 5 % glucose insulin mixed solution was greater than in the normal saline. Conclusion Different temperature and different time during the transfusion of insulin mixed solution showed effects on the insulin adsorption.
