摘要
介绍了一种适用于自动化机械的新的测试技术,这种生产过程状态变量测试技术同过去常用的测试方法的不同,是在产品加工过程中直接对产品的质量进行控制,并同时对机械的工作状态(包括刀具、模具)的故障进行监控。还介绍了如何建立状态方程、选择状态变量、状态变量传感器和设计监测系统。并就一个实例,说明这种方法在标准件自动化生产中的应用及其优越性。
This paper presents a new measuring technique for automatic machines. The measuring technique of process state variables is different from other normal measuring technique. It measures directey the process state variables during machining for the purpose of quality control, and of diagnosing the defects of the machine including cutting tool, die etc. This paper introduces how to set up the state equation of the machine, select the process state variables and state variable sensors, and to design the monitor system. An example of the machine for automatically producing screws is given to illustrate the advantages of this measuring technique.
