摘要
在层燃工业锅炉上推广燃用型煤,是当今我国防治煤烟型大气污染和节约能源的重要措施。作者依据层燃工业锅炉内移动煤层燃烧过程的特点,建立了实验研究层燃工业锅炉内型煤燃烧过程的实验台,进行了型煤和散煤着火延迟时间及着火线向下扩展速度等有关对比测定试验。按照等过量空气系数下煤层燃烧过程的热重分析法观测结果,可迅速评估出工业型煤在实际层燃工业锅炉内的燃烧特性。这为改善工业型煤燃烧性能,改进燃烧设备结构,实现良好的炉煤匹配,提供解决问题的依据和途径。
In order to alleviate atmospheric pollution and to conserve energy, it is necessary to spread the practice of firing coal briquettes instead of run-of-mine coal, especially for travelling grate stokers. The author and others have built a test rig, which is designed to simulate the peculiarity of the coal layer combustion process on travelling grate stokers. Experiments to measure the ignition time delay and the downward propagation speed of the ignition front of coal briquettes and run-of-mine coals were performed. According to the experimental results for the coal layer combustion process with equal excess air coefficient, the combustion characteristics of industrial briquettes in actual travelling grate stokers can be quickly evaluated. This improves the combustion characteristics of industrial. briquettes, improves the structure of combustion equipment, realizes the optimized matching between furnace and firing coals, and provides criteria and ways for solving the problems.
