电力市场上网电价与火电系统经济负荷分配的算法研究 被引量:5

摘要 确定上网电价模式、制定全网发电经济调度计划是实行发电侧电力市场的核心问题。结合电力市场条件下经济负荷分配出现的新特点 ,对火电系统经济负荷分配的算法进行了研究 ,并对几种情况下经济负荷分配的同一性和特殊性进行了深入的理论分析。分析了按电网购电边际成本作为全网上网电价的弊端 ,提出了按购电平均成本定价的新观念 。 The determination of electricity price mode and the economic dispatch schedule for net wide power generation is the core of electricity market at generation side.Taking into account the new properties appeared in economic dispatch under electricity market condition, its algorithms for fossil fuelled power plant system are studied and both their identity and particularoity under some conditions are theoretically analyzed.The disadvantage of taking the marginal cost as net wide electricity price is pointed out,and the new concept of average production cost is proposed.The optimized solution using both loss incremental rate adjustment method and improved priority method is given.
