当采现象与我国情报科学发展研究的理论基础

The Phenomenon That Should Be Exploitated and the Theoretical Foundation of Development Research of Information Science in Our Country

文章认为,表征科学发展逻辑规律的当采现象,客观地存在于情报科学的发展中。因此,运用当采现象理论进行情报科学的发展研究是可行的且必要的。当采现象理论中关于当采学科的转移方向、开发条件、回采现象和当采速度等问题,正是情报学学科结构演进机制的核心内涵。本章强调,当采现象理论作为情报科学发展研究的理论基础,为我们提供了一套对学科未来发展设计具有重大意义的方法体系。

The paper shows the phenomenon that should be exploitated and characterizes the logical law of science deveiopment exists objectively in the development of information science. Therefore, using this phenomenon and theory to carry out the development research of information science is feasible and necessary. The transfer direction, development condition, recovery phenomenon and exploitation speed ctc. of exploitating subjects of this phenomenon and theory is just the core intension of the construetion evoiution mechanism of information science. In the parper, it is emphasized that this phenomenon and thoery, as the theoretical basis of research development of information science, will provide us a set of method system which is of significance for the future development design for the discipline.
