In this paper,centering on the e -Business environment,the characteris tics of e -Business models and their influence on enterprise development are reviewed.Moreover,the e ssence of EBM is revealed.By case stu d-ies,it is shown that EBMs not only bring changes in the means of trade &management,but also give birth to the revolution of both enterprise structure and the operation manner.
