摘要
利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了 11种香港润楠属 (MachilusNees)植物叶表皮 .在香港润楠属植物中 ,大多数种类的叶表皮均具有单细胞表皮毛 ,其气孔复合体均为平列型 ,保卫细胞两侧或一侧有 1个副卫细胞 ;叶上表皮细胞的形态有较大的差异 ,主要有 3种类型 :垂周面平直、浅波状和深波状 .叶表皮角质突起饰物的形态也有差异 ,根据表皮角质突起物的形态可划分出有 2种类型 .
Light and scanning electron microscopies were used to examine foliar epidermal characteristics of 11 species of Machilus distributed in Hong Kong. Most of these species had simple hairs. The stomatal apparatus is paracytic type with one or two subsidiary on both or either side of the guard cells. Three types of anticlinal walls of lower epidermal cells are recognized: straight, sinuolate or sinuate. Two types of the cuticular process types can be recognized based on their shapes. These epidermal characteristics are taxonomically helpful for the identification of some species with similar leaf morphology.
