摘要
2次重复试验研究小麦米糠基础日粮添加粗酶制剂和寡果糖对雏鸡生产性能、免疫功能和内分泌的影响。每次试验 96只 7日龄鸡随机分为 4组 ,即基础日粮组、基础日粮添加 0 1%酶组、添加 0 0 5 %寡果糖组、同时添加0 1%酶和 0 0 5 %寡果糖组。结果表明 ,酶制剂和寡果糖均能显著提高雏鸡增重和饲料转化率 (P <0 0 5 ) ,使雏鸡的免疫器官相对重量增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,T淋巴细胞对PHA的反应性、NK细胞活力、血清新城疫疫苗抗体效价显著提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血液T3和胰岛素水平显著提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,T4水平变化不显著。同时添加酶制剂和寡果糖与单独添加酶制剂或寡果糖相比 ,未见协同加性效应 ,提示酶制剂作用机制可能是通过降解日粮中多糖产生活性寡糖发挥其生理调节作用。
Two experiments were conducted to determine the effects of wheat rice bran based diet supplemented with crude enzyme and fructooligosaccharide(FOS) preparations on growth performances,immune function and endocrine secretion in chicks.96 seven day old chicks were divided into four groups randomly in each experiment,namely,basal diet(WC),WC+0 1% enzyme,WC+0 05% FOS,WC+0 1% enzyme+0 05% FOS.The results showed that basal diets supplemented with enzyme and FOS significantly increased body weight gains and feed conversion ratio(P<0 05).Relative weight of immune organ,T lymphocytes blastogenic responses to PHA,natural killer cell activity and serum antibody titres to newcastle disease virus increased significantly(P<0 05).Blood T3 and insulin level were elevated significantly(P<0 05),while no significant change in T4 contents.No integrative effects of the enzyme with FOS treatment compared with enzyme treatment and FOS treatment respectively,was observed.It suggested that the effects of enzyme on the physiological function of chicks might be induced probably by degrading polysaccharides into oligosaccharides.
