摘要 本研究的目的旨在利用体外受精方法生产鸡及进行鸡胚胎移植研究。以期通过此路径的顺利实现来生产转基因鸡。试验结果显示 :母鸡产蛋后的 30~ 40min内有 72 %的卵排出在卵巢囊内 ,此时收集卵子较为适宜。在44只体外受精的受体母鸡中 ,有 2 8只产蛋 ,产蛋率为 6 3 6 3% (软壳蛋 7枚 )。其中产出受精蛋 8枚 ,受精率2 8 5 7%。孵化后有 6枚发育 ,发育率 2 5 0 0 % ;在 2 8只蛋中有 3枚出雏 ,出雏率为 10 71%。尽管孵化率低 ,但是在 8枚受精卵中有 3枚孵出小鸡。说明这一路径是可行的 。 The objective of the this study was to produce viable chick by in vitro fertilization and chick embryo transplantation.The results showed that about 72% ooctyes are ovulated in the ovarian sac.Optimum time of obtaining ova is 30-40min after the offer hen has layed.Out of a total of 44 recipient hens,28 were laid and 7 out of 28 eggs with thin calcofied shells.8 were fertile of among 28(28 57%).6 were developed (25 00%).3(10 17%) live chicks were hatched from 8 fertile ova exposed to 0 1ml & 0 5ml of seman (1∶200 dilution).Although the low rate of hatching,3 live chicks were hatched.This experimental approach provides a useful model for production of transgenic chicks.
