Studies on Cultural Dog Cystolith

通过手术方法在 2 1只犬的膀胱内植入核心异物 ,实验组饲喂钙、磷不平衡饲料并添加小苏打使尿液碱化。对照组饲喂钙磷平衡饲料。定期测定血液、尿液。实验组尿液呈乳白色浑浊 ,尿沉渣增多 ,尿蛋白及尿潜血呈阳性反应。尿Ca2 + 降低 ,无机磷升高。血钙升高、血磷降低。经过 180d ,在实验犬的膀胱内形成了狗宝。狗宝呈乳白色、卵圆形、坚硬。在扫描电镜下呈层状、颗粒状及蜂窝状。狗宝中含有铵盐、磷酸盐以及Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 、K+ 等离子 ,还含有Fe、Sr、Mn、Ba、Zn等元素及多种氨基酸。狗宝具有极显著的抗炎。

Foreign nuclei were surgically implanted in the urinary bladder of 21 healthy dogs which were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was raised with feed added with NaHCO3 and unbalanced for calcium and phosphorous which alkalized dogs urine and the control group with balanced feed.Physical and chemical parameters of blood and urine samples of all dogs were periodically determined after operation.The urine samples of the experimental group become milky and cloudy.The sediment in urine increased and protein,blood and Hb could be detected,and urine Ca 2+ decreased,inorganic phosphorus increased while blood calcium increased,phosphorus decreased.The formed cystoliths were taken out by cystotomy after 180 days cultivation which were milky,oval and hard.The characteristic microstructure of dog cystolith observed under scanning electron microscope was lamina,scattered spheres,granular structure and the mixture of honeycomb crystals and granular with various form.The dog cystolith contains ammonium,phosphate,many kinds of amino acids and Ca,Mg,K,Fe,Sr,Mn,Ba,Zn,and so on.It possesses significant anti inflammatory,antipyretic effect and can also promote intestinal peristalses.
