摘要
采用温和水解及薄层层析等分组方法 ,并应用气—质联机技术对土壤胡敏酸 (HA)水解产物中的醇类化合物进行了初步研究。结果表明 :HA水解产物中醇类含量顺序是饱和醇 >甾醇 >非饱和线性醇。饱和醇中主要是C12~ 3 0 中的偶数碳和C15,非饱和线性醇主要是C2 0 -1π、C2 0 -2π和C19-4π。C3 和C4植物条件下形成的HA有一定的差异 ,C3 -HA含有较多的非饱和醇 ,而C4-HA含有更多的饱和醇特别是C12 和C2 6。
Alcohol compounds of hydrolyzed humic acid (HA) products were studied by using mild alkaline hydrolysis, thin layer chromatography (TLC) and GC-MC in this paper. The results showed that the alcohol contents in hydrolyzed HA products were saturated alcohol>sterol>unsaturated linear alcohol. Saturated alcohols were mainly even number carbon of C 20~30 and C 15 ;While Unsaturated linear alcohols were mainly C 20-1π , C 20-2π and C 19-4π . HAs from soils under C 3 and C 4 plant cultivation were different in some aspects. C 3-HA contained more unsaturated alcohol, whereas C 4-HA contained more saturated alcohol (especially C 12 and C 26 ).
