对肉犬场爆发以呕吐、腹泻、便血为主要症状的疫病 ,采用猪红细胞凝集试验和血液学检查 ,结合特征性临床症状诊断 ,确诊为犬细小病毒病 ,用高免血清免疫 ,辅以补液 ,强心、止呕、止血、消炎等综合疗法 。
