摘要
本文介绍了标记辅助选择的的特点及其产生背景 ,并通过对经济性状 QTL与遗传标记连锁分析的各种研究方法及影响因素的评述 ,指出了当前标记——性状连锁分析所存在的一些问题 ,并对标记辅助选择在今后畜禽育种规划中的应用前景给予展望。
The characteristics and background of marker assisted selection were introduced firstly, and then according to reviews on methods and its affecting factors of economic QTLs and genetic markers linkage analysis, the problems in linkage analysis of marker and traits were pointed out and application prospects of markers assisted selection in domestic animal and poultry breeding scheme in the future were predicted.
