摘要
对螺旋孔型斜轧螺纹过程进行了非线性有限元分析 ,得到了轧件内部应力 -应变分布情况 。
The FEM has been widely used in simulation of metal forming process. The nonlinear finite element analysis of skew rolling thread was provided in this paper. The distribution of stress and strain in the workpiece was obtained from the simulation. It provided the important foundation for the design of dies and the determination of technical parameters.
