Automatic Test for Mixed PCB

提出了一种基于标准测试总线 (VXI和 GPIB)的混合电路板的自动测试方案。该方案的特点 :故障检测和故障隔离能力强 ;通用性好、扩展性强 ;能测试含单片机的混合电路板 ;主要使用货架产品 (COTS)。该方案已用于某雷达的混和电路板自动测试设备。

This paper presents an automatic test scheme for mixed PCB,which is based on standard test bus(VXI and GPIB).This scheme features strong capability of fault detection and fault isolation, good general-purpose capability and strong expansibility, capable of testing mixed PCB which processor single chip processor,and mainly using commercial of the shelf(COTS).This approach has been used in the automatic test equipment of mixed PCB of a certain radar.
