摘要
用正交实验探讨女贞果天然红色素的最佳提取工艺条件,研究结果表明:70℃条件下,用25倍于果皮重的水回流2次,时间为2h/1.
The optimum extracting conditions of natural red pigment in fructus ligustri lucidi were investigated by using orthogonal desingn. The results showed that 70℃,25∶1 of water to fructus ligustri lucidi weight ratio,extracted two times during 2h/1.5h were optimal.
