This paper discusses the effects of raw material conditions on rice milling efficiency via the scientific management and comparative analysis of process parameters in practical rice milling operation. It puts forward that to heighten the production efficiency of a rice milling enterprise must lay importance to ensuring and improving the quality of raw material; and that production management should be done on the basis of process parameters and scientific decision so as to see that parameters become the key to analyzing and solving problems.
