A Method for Determining Phytic Acid in Cereals and Their Products

摘要 介绍一种测定糙米及其制品中植酸含量的方法。用质量分数 1.2 %盐酸 (HCl)提取糙米中的植酸 ,再用三氯化铁 (FeCl3 )溶液将植酸转化为植酸铁沉淀后 ,利用钼蓝比色法比较沉淀前后磷的含量变化 ,以计算糙米及其制品中植酸的含量。 A method for determining phytic acid in brown rice and its products was introduced. Extract brown rice and its products with 1.2% HCl and then put FeCl 3 solution into the supernatant, thus changing phytic acid into ferric phytate precipitate. The method relies on analyzing phosphorous fore and aft ferric chloride precipitation to calculate the content of phytic acid in cereals and their products.
