甘蔗叶制取叶绿素铜钠盐的研究

实验研究了以甘蔗叶为原料制取叶绿素铜钠盐。工艺条件是:用95%乙醇作提取剂,甘蔗叶与提取剂的用量比为1∶9,70℃水浴提取2～3h,10%NaOH溶液70℃皂化lh,10%CuS04溶液60℃铜代1h,以10%CaCl2溶液进行纯化。产品质量符合GB3262-82标准,得率0.28%(以干叶计)。

This paper is about the preparation of s odium copper chlorophyllin from sug arcane leaves.The technolog ical process has been chosen as follows :extraction for 2～3hours by 95%ethly al cohol at 70℃,and the ratio of the weig ht of sug arcane leaves to the volume of ethly alcohol is1∶9,Saponification for lh by 10%NaOH at 70℃,reaction with10%CuS0 4 for lh at 60℃,purification with l0%CaCl 2 .The quality of production accords with the specification of China Natio nal Standard GB3262-82.The yield is0.28%(dry sug arcane leaves).
