摘要
糖精钠是食品中的一种重要添加剂 ,国标规定测定方法是酚磺酞比色法。但此法测定时比较繁琐 ,不易操作。实践证明 ,纳氏比色法简单易行 ,结果也比较准确。本文就纳氏比色法测定糖精钠的原理、试剂、仪器、方法做了阐述。
