摘要
研究了在钨铁酸铅(PFW)中添加Ca2+的合成过程及相应的介电性能。合成方法采用B位先驱体合成法。结果表明最后的产物中存在杂相,并很难消除。材料的介电性能受杂相的影响很大。随着杂相含量的增加,er、tgd 降低及对频率的依赖性变小。在x(Ca2+)为10%时,不同频率的er-q 曲线基本相同。
Synthesizing process and dielectric properties of Ca-doped PFW are investigated. The experimental results showed that in the calcined powder, in addition to perovskite phase, there are some impurity phases, and they were difficult to eliminate. The value of er,tgd and their frequency dependence decrease as the impurity phases content increases. When x (Ca2+) content is 10%, er -q curve is almost the same at different frequencies.
