产权、价值与分配的关系

The Relations among Property Right,Value and Distribution

马克思关于产权与分配的关系的理论 ,为按要素分配提供了充分的依据。无论分配关系如何变化 ,它们都是由产权制度而非由劳动或价值创造决定的。按要素分配的实质是按产权分配。按要素分配 ,不仅维护了产权主体的利益 ,还可以避免生产要素的滥用和浪费 ,从而有利于社会资源的合理配置。而在价值决定上 ,要坚持活劳动是价值的唯一源泉 ,不能用庸俗的分配价值论冒充马克思的劳动价值论。

Distribution according to productive factors is based on Marx's theory on the relation between property right and distribution.Whatever changes of distribution be,it is decided by property right system,not labor or value creation.The nature of distribution according to factors is on a property right basis,Disbtibution according to factors can protect the interest of property owners,avoid the misuse of productive factors,be good to the rational use of social resources.On the question of value decision,we must insist on that lagor is the only resource of value.We can't permit vulgar distributionj value theory pretend to be Marx's labor value theory.
