摘要
无缝钢管表面的斜轧缺陷 ,因位于漏磁纵横向检测机组的盲角区域 ,检测灵敏度低 ,容易漏检。通过改变检测传感器———探靴内检测线圈的轴向夹角 ,提高了斜轧缺陷的检测灵敏度 。
Within the blind angle area of the Amalog Sonoscope leakage flux inspection system, the rotary rolling caused flaws in seamless steel pipes were missed quite often due to low detection sensitivity. The modification of transducer, i.e. changing the axial angle of the coil in detecting shoe, heightened the detection sensitivity of the above flaws. The mechanisms of the magnetic leakage flux inspection system for the rotary rolling caused flaws in steel pipes were discussed.
