摘要
针对永磁电机对磁钢的特殊要求 ,通过采用重稀土取代轻稀土 ,减少氧含量且低温长时间细晶粒液相烧结技术制备 33UH高矫顽力烧结NdFeB材料 ,经测试其静态性能指标同时达到Br ≥ 1 15T(11 5kG) ,Hcj ≥2 0 0 0kA/m(2 5 0kOe) ,(BH) max ≥ 2 5 6kJ/m3 (32MGOe)
As per the special demand of the permanent-magnet motor to the alnico,the technology for producing sintered NdFeB material of 33UH high coerive force is described It adopt the crystal fines liquid phase sintering technology by using the heavy rare earth instead of the light rare earth and reducing the oxygen content for a long time at the low temperature Through the test the static performance has reached B r≥1 15T(11 5kG), H cj ≥2000kA/m(25 0kOe), (BH) max ≥256kJ/m 3(32MGOe) at the same time
