摘要
分析了橡胶支座零件的结构及工艺要求 ,介绍了橡胶支座注射模的结构特点及工作过程 ,该模具硫化全过程及下顶出装置采用了自动化控制 ,保证了产品性能稳定。
The structure and the technologic requirement of the rubber pedestal part were analyzed. The structure characteristics and the working process of the injection mould for the rubber pedestal were introduced. Automatic control was made on the whole vulcanizing process and on the bottom ejection device to ensure the stability of the product performance.
