Design of the Injection Mould for the Lid of the Lotion Bottle

分析了沐浴露瓶盖的工艺特点 ,介绍了瓶盖注射模的结构及工作过程 ,并介绍了注射模设计中采用的强制脱模、二次顶出、滑动型芯延时顶出机构等。

The technologic characteristics of the lid of the lotion bottle were analyzed. The structure and the working process of the injection mould for the lid were stated. And the mechanisms of forced demoulding, two_time ejection and delayed ejection by a sliding core used in the injection mould were introduced.
