电机定子铁芯坯件压铸模设计

Design of the Diecasting Die for the Blank of the Motor Stator's Iron Core

通过对电机定子铁芯坯件压铸成型工艺的分析 ,针对坯件散热片多而薄且形状较复杂的特点 ,利用压铸机中心顶出机构与模具有机结合 ,在模具结构设计上进行创新 ,既降低了制造难度 ,又方便操作使用。

Through the analysis of the diecasting technology for the motor stator's iron core blank, and in view of the characteristics of the iron core blank that the radiating fins are many and thin and of complicated shape, the design of the die structure was innovated by integrating of the center ejection system of the diecasting machine with the die. This design not only lowered the manufacturing difficulty, but also is easy for operation.
