摘要
通过对零件结构和成型工艺的分析 ,针对零件配合面较多 ,分型复杂 ,且要求承受一定的高压的特点 ,设计了一种新型模具结构。为了保证滑块运动的准确性 ,采用液压抽芯器来抽动4个滑块。该模具成型零件全部采用奥地利W302材料 ,为了延长模具的使用寿命 ,还设计了点式冷却系统。
Through the analysis of the structure of the rear cylinder and the forming technology, and in view of the characteristics of the part with many matching surfaces and a complicated parting line and with the requirement of bearing certain high pressure, a new type of die structure was designed for this part. In order to ensure the accuracy of the sliding blocks' action, hydraulic core_pulling device was used to pull 4 sliding blocks. Austria W302 material was used for the part. And pin_point cooling system was designed to extend the service life of the die.
