摘要
利用透射电镜和铁素体仪研究了微量元素 P,C,Si和 Nb对采用均质化技术炼制的 Nitronic 50 奥氏体钢纽扣样品凝固微观组织中δ-铁素体析出量和凝固方式的影响. 结果表明,在样品凝固微观组织中从初凝区到终凝区存在δ-铁素体析出含量的梯度分布.并且在初凝区中δ-铁素体含量高于在终凝区的含量,微量元素含量及与其它元累在液体中的交互作用对δ-铁素体析出量有很大影响 在每一组样品中微量元素含量的变化将改变凝固微观组织中的凝固方式.
Button specimens were prepared to study the effect of the trace elements(P, C, Si and Nb) on the J-ferrite precipitation in the solidification microstructure of a Cr-Ni-Mn-N austenitic steel using δ-ferrite detector and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The experimental results show that there is a gradient distribution of δ-ferrite amount decreasing from the surface to the center of the specimens, and the δ-ferrite amounts were greatly affected by the kind and content of the trace elements and their interaction with other elements. Furthermore, the content of the trace elements has a significant effect on the solidification mode of Cr-Ni-Mn-X austenitic steel.
