摘要
本文首先提出了对电信大趋势及新形势的认识 ,然后分析了下一代网络的基本概念和特点 ,接下来分别探讨了向以软交换为核心。
Firstly the paper presents some thinking on paradigm shift in telecom industry and new development. Secondly the fundamental concept and major characteristics on NGN are also analyzed. Then evolution ideals and strategies on NGN with the softswitch as core and the optical networking as ground are discussed in depth and concluded that the overlay evolution strategy is most realistic evolution strategy for China Telecom's networks.
