摘要
在碱性液体培养条件下 ( pH≈ 1 0 .5 ) ,研究复合碳源共代谢最佳综合条件下嗜碱性木质素降解细菌 6号菌株产酶、降解能力及菌株的生长状况 .结果显示 ,虫漆酶 (Laccase)在培养的第 4天酶活达到最高值 2 91 5 37U/L、锰依赖过氧化物酶 (MnP)在培养的第 8天酶活达到最高值 1 1 5 2 88U/L ,培养 1 0d麦草中木质素降解 4 9 84 % .同时通过扫描电镜分析探讨了 6号菌株降解木质素的微观过程 ,证明了
The article researched enzymes production、the degradation rate of lignin and strain growth of alkaliphilic ligninolytic bacteria strain No.6 in alkaline liquid medium (pH≈10.5) with compounded carbons. The results showed that the highest activities of laccase and MnP were 2915 37U/L(4th d) and 1152 88U/L(8 th d), respectively, and the strain degraded 49 84% lignin of wheat straw during ten days cultivation. The changes of ultrastructure of wheat straw caused by strain No.6 attack were investigated with SEM (scan electron microscopy).
