摘要
在实验结果验证的基础上 ,运用耦合模型模拟了软接触结晶器内的三维弯月面形状 ,研究了弯月面变形的不均匀特性·结果表明 :在切缝位置处的弯月面变形较大 ;在结晶器不同截面位置处存在不同的频率范围 ,只有在此范围内增加电源频率 ,弯月面高度才增大 ;弯月面变形的不均匀性随电流强度、电源频率增加而加剧 ;增加切缝数目、减小切缝宽度和结晶器铜壁厚度以及调整结晶器切缝布置位置可明显提高弯月面变形的均匀性 ;对于切缝为 16的结晶器 ,调整切缝布置位置后可使弯月面变形的均匀程度比未优化切缝布置位置前提高近 77% ·
Verified by experimental data, a coupled model was used to simulate the three dimensional meniscus shape and study the inhomogeneous characteristics of meniscus shape. Finite element method was used for the electromagnetic field and meniscus shape. The distortion of meniscus shape is large in front of slits;Only in a certain frequency range, meniscus height increases with increasing of frequency;The frequency range is different in different section of mold; The inhomogeneity is intensified with increasing of coil current and frequency; By increasing slit number, decreasing slit width and mold thickness, and adjusting slits position the inhomogeneity of meniscus distortion can be improved;The homogeneous degree increases by 77% after optimizing position of slits arrangement for the mold with sixteen slits. The optimal position of slits arrangement is a∶b=1∶2,c=0 .
