摘要
应用不同的生物材料对新型杀虫剂的生态效应进行了研究。吡虫啉对泽蛙蝌蚪、黑斑蛙蝌蚪及青鱼的急性毒性表明 ,吡虫啉属于低毒农药。蚕豆根尖微核试验结果呈阴性 。
In this study,several organisms were employed to study the ecological effects of Imidacloprid.The results of acute toxical testing of Rana limnochars,Rana nigronaculata Hallowell and O.latipes show that Imidacloprid is a low toxicity pesticide.The results of micronuclei rate of the root tip cells of Vicia faba did not have mutagendsis effects on the root tip cells of Vicia faba.
