US and EU Framework for Research on Endocrine Disruptors

摘要 欧美于 2 0世纪 90年代开始系统研究环境内分泌干扰物 (EDS) ,为此成立了专门的工作机构负责 EDS研究的规划与协调工作。研究框架包括确认 EDS对人类和生态效应的方法、剂量 -效应关系模型以及检测环境暴露水平等 ;研究对环境威胁最大受试物的主要毒理学终点有致癌性、生殖发育毒性、神经毒性和免疫毒性。目前危险度评价的新进展是应用定量结构活性关系 (QSAR) The systematic study of endocrine disruptors (ED S) in US and EU has been initiated since 1990s.And a special working organization has been established to take charge of the works for planning and coordination of the research on EDs.The research frame includes methods validation of the effects of ED S on human and ecology,dose effects models and measurement of exposure level in environment.The toxicological endpoints of research include carcinogenicity,reproductive/developmental toxicity,neurotoxicity and immunotoxicity.It is the latest progress in risk assessment to predict the safety of chemicals using quantitative structure acitity relationship(QSAR) models.
