摘要
制备了两种不同类型高固含量高岭土浆液 ,考察了分散剂用量和浆液的pH值对高岭土浆液的固含量的影响。结果表明 :采用阴、阳离子型分散剂均能制备高固含量的高岭土浆液 ,含阴离子型分散剂的高固含量高岭土浆液体系为阴离子型 ,体系环境为碱性 ;含阳离子型分散剂的高固含量高岭土浆液体系为阳离子型 ,体系环境为酸性 ;制备这两种类型的高固含量高岭土浆液时 ,均需确定分散剂的最佳加入量。
Two types of kaolin slurry with high solid content were prepared,and effects of the dosage of dispersant and pH on the solid content to kaolin slurry were investigated.The results show that the kaolin slurry with high solid content can be prepared by anion or cation dispersant,the anion type system is alkaline while the cation type system is acidic.The optimum added amounts of dispersant need to be determined when the slurry is to be prepared.
