摘要
在以Pt为阳极、Cu为阴极的电解池中,将不溶的还原染料靛蓝还原为可溶的隐色体钠盐而上染纤维。实验表明,染浴的最佳组成为20g/L NaOH,35g/L三乙醇胺,6g/L Fe_2(SO_4)_3·6H_2O,外加电压5V,染色温度50℃,染色时间6Omin。阴极面积7cm^2,染液可循环使用。染出的布样与传统方法染出的布样效果相当。但电化学方法具有明显的经济效应和生态效应。
The insoluble reducing dye, Indigo, is reduced to soluble sodium salt by electrochemical method using a Pt anode and a Cu cathode in dyeing bath. The results showed that the amounts of 20 g/L NaOH, 35 g/L TEA, 6 g/L Fe2 (SO4)3·6H2O in the vat and applied voltage 5 V, temperature 50℃, time 60 mins are best. Dyeing solution can be used circularly. Electrochemical method is as same the dyeing result as traditional and it has obvious economical and ecological effect.
