摘要 应用活性炭负载硫酸钛(Ti(SO_4)_2/C)催化合成丁酸异戊酯,该催化剂活性高,选择性好,易分离,反应时间短,不腐蚀设备,是一种环境友好催化剂。考察了影响酯化反应的条件,获得优化工艺条件如下:Ti(SO_4)_2负载量20%,丁酸0.20mol,异戊醇0.24mol,催化剂0.6g,反应温度150℃,反应时间60min。此条件下,丁酸的转化率98%以上。 Ti(SO4)2/C was first applied to esterification of butanoic acid with iso - amylol. In the esterification reaction the catalyst had high activity and excellent selectivity as well as no corrosion to the facilities. The product was separated easily and the reaction time was shorter. Ti(SO4)2/C, moreover, was an environmentlly friendly catalyst. The reaction conditions were studied. The optimum condition was obtained as follows: supported titanium sulfate 20% , butanoic acid 0.2 mol, iso - amylol 0.24 mol, the catalyst 0.6 g, reaction temperature 150℃ , reaction time 60 min. In the optimum condition, the rate of esterification was over 98% .
