常减压装置加工高含硫原油的防腐措施

DISCUSSION ON CORROSION PREVETION METHOD FOR ATOMOSPHERIC VACUUM UNIT OF REFINING HIGH SULFURIZED BASE OIL

金陵石化公司南京炼油厂 5 0 0 0kt/a常减压装置工艺设备的防腐分阶段进行了细化 :设计防腐———在易腐蚀部位选用耐腐蚀材料或复合材料 ;施工防腐———加强易腐蚀部位的焊缝监测和监督 ;工艺防腐———及时合理调整“一脱三注”化学药剂用量 ;管理防腐———全员参与防腐管理。该装置从 1999年6月投产到现在的生产实践证明 ,以上方法是行之有效的 。

The corrosion prevention of process equipment in 5Mt/a atomospheric vacuum unit of Jinling petrochemical company Nanjing refinery is realized by stages.Design corrosion prevention--selected corrosion resistant material or clad material at corrosion part;Construction corrosion prevention--strengthened the welding inspection and supervison;Process corrosion prevention--readjusted the chemical reagent quantity of 'one removal three injection';Management corrotsion prevention--the whole stuff have a hand in corrosion prevention.Since 1999 July,the unit put into operation,the production practice has proved that the above method is suitable and creats obvious economic benefit.
