In view of the problems on quality man agement in the down-hole operation system under the Second Technical Service of Changqing Oilfield,a systematic summary is made of the effective measures taken in recent years to improve quality management for down-hole operation.Some quest ions are put forward that need a further discussion for the purpose of strengthe ning quality management.
