摘要
综合考虑实际齿轮传动中系统振动引起的动载荷、卷吸速度和曲率半径随时间和坐标的变化等非稳态效应,沿整个啮合线进行了直齿轮传动弹流润滑完全数值计算与分析,指出了研究齿轮传动弹流润滑时应考虑动载荷的影响。
By considering dynamic load caused by vibration of gear transmisssion system, compressibility of Lubricant and nonsteady effect ofsliding velocity, curvature varying with the and coordinate, the elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication analysis on spur gears given. The central filmthickness and coefficients of friction varying along the meshing line, as well as the pressure distribution and film shape of seven special points areobtained.
