摘要
通过对不同冲蚀速度、不同冲蚀角度及不同浆料沙的质量分数等影响参数下水轮机用1Cr18Ni9Ti和0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢材料的冲蚀磨损试验,探索了试验材料的表面失效规律及微观破坏机制,结果表明:冲蚀速度、浆料中沙的质量分数对两种材料的冲蚀磨损性能影响规律相似,冲蚀角度对材料的冲蚀磨损性能影响最大,且0~45°内时随着冲蚀角度的增加材料的冲蚀磨损失重率增大,45°出现极大值,在45°~60°内随着角度的增加而减小。
The properties of erosion-wear resistance of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel used in turbine with different erosion velocity,impact angle and slurry consistence are tested. The surface failure and micro-damage mechanism of materials are searched. The results showed that the influence of erosion velocity and slurry content on erosion-wear resistance of two materials is similar. Also, the important influence on erosion-wear of materials is the impact angle. The weight of erosion-wear of materials is increased when the erosive angle are changed from 0 to 45°. And the weight on erosion-wear of material is decreased along with the erosive angle increased in 45°-60°.
