摘要
基于动力学原理,提出了一种扭纵复合型超声电动机(TLHUSM)的时域驱动模型。该模型可以模拟计算超声电动机的转速、转矩和效率等特性。试验表明,用提出的模型计算的超声电动机的负载特性和效率与试验结果一致。该模型可研究预压力、定子两路振动振幅及其振动相位差等输入参数对电动机负载特性的影响,用于指导这类超声电动机的设计和性能评价。
A new time domain drive model of longitudinal and torsional hybrid type ultrasonic motor(TLHUSM) is developed using dynamic principle. The load characteristics of the test TLHUSM, such as revolution speed, torque, and efficiency,can be calculated numerically by means of this model. It is shown that the measured load characteristics of the motor agree with calculated that by using the model. As a result, the validity of proposed model is experimentally confirmed. The proposed model can be used as theoretical guidelines for design and characteristic evaluation of the TLHUSM.
