摘要
加工质量预测是虚拟制造实用化的重要标志之一。基于虚拟数控加工环境研究车削加工直径尺寸形成机理,简化工艺系统尺寸链得出三瞬心法预测工件加工精度的理论模型;在对工艺系统运动误差和切削力变形误差检测与辨识的基础上,给出了可视化交互式的仿真界面,实现对虚拟数控车削加工精度在线预测;通过试验验证了预测模型的有效性。该研究方法可以用于其他切削加工方式的加工精度预测。
The prediction of machining quality is an important sign, which can make virtual manufacturing actual utility. Having researched the formation mechanism of diameter dimension for turning, and simplified the dimension chain of process system, 'three instantaneous centers' method is presented for predicting the precision of parts. After measuring and identifying the errors caused by kinematics and forced deformation of the actual process system, the visual predicting model is setup for virtual NC turning. The result of experiment is also given to show the effectiveness of the model. The research method can be applied to the predicting precision of other NC machine tools.
