摘要
应用空间啮合原理分析论证了环面蜗杆修形的必要性和可能性,揭示了环面蜗杆修形的本质和规律。根据修形原理提出了环面蜗杆修形的基本形式──曲率修形,导出了曲率修形的数学表达式及有关计算公式。
With the theory of space engagement, the necessity and feasibility of the modification of enveloped toroidal worm-gearing are analyzed and demonstrated. The essentiality and law of the modification are discovered. Accoding to the modification theory, the basic type of the modification of toroidal worm-gearing - curvity modification is put forward, from that the maths expressions and calculate formulae of the curvity modification are derived.
