涡管分离器流场的数值模拟及试验研究 被引量:6

NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE FLOWPATTERN IN SWIRLING TUBE SEPARATIONS

摘要 分析了湍流中的计算流体动力学CFD模型。用介于ASM和RSM之间的一个混和模型,对涡管分离器中的流场进行了理论计算,得出了涡管分离器中的流场分布规律。然后用激光多普勒装置试验测试了分离器中的速度分布,揭示了在涡管分离器底部有强烈的方向向内的径向流动。这对涡管分离器的优化设计有着重要意义。 The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) turbulence models in the cyclones is presented. The flowpattern in the swirl tube separators is simulated by using the turbulence model, which is a hybrid between an algebraic stress model (ASM) and a full Reynolds stress model (RSM). The simulated results for distribution of the velocity components in the swirl tube separators are got. The LDA is applied for the measurement of the velocity components in the centrifugal separators. Both of the strong inward radial flow under the vortex finder wall and the strong inward flow at the bottom of the swirl tube, are existed.
