摘要 针对碳纤维复合材料中普遍存在的界面问题 ,首先研究了碳纤维表面改性对其复合材料界面性能的影响。采用电化学方法和γ射线辐照技术对碳纤维进行表面改性处理 ,通过处理前后纤维性质及其复合材料界面性能的分析 ,阐明了纤维表面改性对复合材料界面性能影响规律。同时 ,研究了电子束固化技术中存在的弱界面问题 ,通过对电子束固化机理的研究发现增强体表面化学成分对固化过程影响较大 ,合理的偶联剂选择可以使电子束固化复合材料界面粘合性能得到提高。此外 ,研究了碳纤维超声连续处理 ,通过对树脂基体和碳纤维表面性质的分析 。 Corresponding to interface phenomenan existing in composites, effects of surface treatment of carbon fibers on interface properties of composites were investigated.Electrochemical treatment and γ ray radiation treatment were used for modifying surface of carbon fibers.Characteristics of carbon fibers and the interface properties of composites before and after the treatment were analyzed in order to find the rules that the fiber surface treatment affects the interface properties of composites. Meanwhile, poor interface properties of composites using electron beam curing technique were studied. By analyzing curing mechanisms of the electron beam technique, it was found that chemical component on fiber surface was very important to curing process,and the interface properties of composites could be improved by using certain kinds of coupling agents. At last, ultrasonic continuous treatment of carbon fibers was investigated.Characteristics of resin matrix and carbon fiber surface were analyzed,and results show that the interface properties of composites were improved by ultrasonic treatment.
