摘要
以酚醛树脂 (PF)为基体原料 ,以含B、Si的陶瓷为改性填料制备高温粘结剂并对石墨材料进行粘接。结果表明 ,高温粘结剂对石墨材料具有较为理想的粘接性能 ,陶瓷填料有效改善了高温处理后接头的体积收缩现象 。
High temperature adhesives were prepared using phenol formaldehyde resin (PF) as matrix and ceramics materials contained boron or silicon as additives to modify performance of the adhesives. Graphite materials were bonded by the above high temperature adhesives and treated at different temperatures. Results showed that such high temperature adhesives had satisfied bonding performance for carbon materials due to modification of the ceramics additives.Volume shrink was restrained and chemical bonding was formed between adhesion interface because of the addition of ceramics additives.
