摘要
在实际汽车空调压缩机开发过程中 ,采用理论分析和实验测试来指导产品开发 ,建立了 7F15定排量斜盘式压缩机的ADAMS动力学仿真模型。以理论分析和实验测试为基础 ,仿真 7F15定排量斜盘式压缩机的动力特性 ,分析在不同转速下各关键零件的运动特性、受力情况和整机的动不平衡量。利用这些仿真结果可以很好地指导产品的结构改进设计 ,提高产品的开发能力。
The ADAMS dynamics simulation model of 7F15 swash plate compressor has been presented, which is based on theory analysis and experiment. In the development of automobile air conditioning compressor, the key parts' kinematics and dynamics characters and the imbalance quantity of 7F15 swash plate compressor was simulated and studied. The study show that using the results of the simulation can effectively guide product structure redesign and increase the capability of product development.
