摘要
制备了不同碳原子数的伯、仲烷基MoDDPs,并研究了其油溶性,测定了其加入到100SN基础油中的抗磨性、减摩性和极压性。比较了烷基碳链的长短及伯、仲烷基不同结构对MoDDPs摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明仲烷基MoDDPs的摩擦磨损性能优于伯烷基MoDDPs。
In This paper, some MoDDPs with different alkyl chain were prepared. The antiwear, reducing friction and extreme pressureproperties of the MoDDPs as additives in 100SN base oil were investigated using a four - ball machine. The effects of the length of alkyl chain and thestructure of primary and secondary alkyl on the properties of friction and wear of 100SN oil were measured and analyzed on the base of the theory offrictional chemistry. It is shown that the properties of friction and wear of secondary alkyl MoDDPs have an advantage over that of primary alkylMoDDPs.
