摘要 通过大量的仿真计算 ,对裂纹轴转子运动的基本特征进行了较为全面的论证 .在以偏心距和转速作为控制参数时 ,裂纹可以处在闭合、张开及呼吸等状态 ;研讨了裂纹轴转子系统的基本动力学性能 ,其基本故障特征反映在转速 振幅特性、瀑布图及振幅对偏转角 β的依赖性等诸多方面 . The general and basic characteristics of rotor with a transverse crack are provided through large amount of simulation. When unbalance and rotating speed are chosen as the control parameters, the crack may be at the close, open and breathing state. The dynamic response of the cracked rotor is also studied. The fault characteristics can be found from its amplitude, frequency and the dependence of amplitude on angle β . The result of the simulation can be used as the guidance of early crack detection and identification of crack location.
